When you write to us, we use your e-mail address and the content of your message to reply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Once the matter is settled and no retention obligation applies, we delete your message.
Server data
Every web server records certain technical details of each request. In our case these are: IP address, date and time, the pages accessed, the referring page, browser and operating system.
We need these log entries to operate the website securely and to detect faults. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our interest in a secure and reliable website. The entries are not linked to other data and are deleted after seven days at the latest – unless a specific security incident has to be investigated, in which case they are kept only until it is resolved.
